Overview
Registered Nurse - ER (Emergency Department) position in Gloucester, MA, starting 07/13/2026 for an 8‑week travel assignment. This 3x12 night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) offers a weekly pay range of $2,443 to $2,537 and a guaranteed 72 hours every two weeks, with guaranteed hours not including any on‑call time. This role requires telemetry experience and is located in a high‑volume care setting.
This assignment is travel‑temporary, with additional orientation and credentialing support provided.

- Shift: 3x12‑hour nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am)

Emergency care environment within a hospital‑adjacent clinical area - Orientation and study materials provided; onboarding includes credentialing steps and a required vaccine
- Provide comprehensive acute care nursing in the ER, including rapid patient assessment and triage
- Monitor and interpret patient status, including telemetry data, and elevate when indicated
- Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per protocol
- Assist physicians with procedures and manage patient flow to optimize throughput and safety
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate goals of treatment and discharge planning
- Maintain patient and family communication, ensuring informed consent and privacy standards
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- 2+ years of telemetry experience; 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, TNCC required; PALS or ENPC (equivalency) required - Flu vaccine required during onboarding
- MA license required at time of submission; telemetry experience and a pass/fail tele test on day one
- Availability for 12‑hour night shifts; every other weekend required
- Minimum separation of 6 months from any prior permanent, per diem, or contract role to be considered
- Biweekly orientation
- Study materials provided at assignment confirmation
- Onboarding credentials and required certifications supported
- Dedicated support throughout the assignment
- Access to assignment‑related resources and recruiter assistance as needed
