Seacoast Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is currently seeking an Interim Nurse Unit Manager on our Short-Term Unit! - Current Massachusetts Nursing License
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, but not required
- Experience with electronic medical record
- Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid leadership abilities
- Weekend on call is required, averaging about once per month. Compensation is provided.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor and lead RN/LPN Staff Nurses in care practices
- Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
- Implement infection control updates
- Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives
