Travel Nurse - Medical-Surgical​/Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel position in Canton, Ohio
.

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Ability to support safe patient care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
• Maintain infection control and safe medication practices
• Perform focused patient reassessments and elevate concerns appropriately
• Coordinate patient activities with healthcare team members

• Work 36 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts
• Support safe care transitions and effective communication
• Follow infection prevention protocols and medication safety standards
• Reassess patients and elevate issues as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and team members for patient care

• Strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to perform focused assessments and prioritize patient safety
