SUMMARY- As the Long-Term Rental Specialist and Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing our long-term rental properties, including mid-term winter rentals. You will be responsible for finding and qualifying tenants, preparing leases, facilitating move-ins, and managing ongoing tenant relations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in real estate sales and leverage our extensive rental client base as potential leads.
Long-Term Rental Management
- Identify and secure long-term rental opportunities, including winter rentals and hybrids.
- Conduct property viewings, qualify prospective tenants, and negotiate lease terms.
- Prepare lease agreements, facilitate move-ins, and conduct property inspections as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage rental client base and prospects to identify potential real estate sales opportunities.
- Assist clients with buying or selling residential properties, providing guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Continuously prospect for new rental and sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up diligently to convert prospects into clients.
- Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks related to rental and sales transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and requirements.
- Commission-based, with performance bonuses. High earning potential for motivated, results-driven agents.
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License is required.
- Proven experience in property management, real estate sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to properties as needed.
