Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues;
Greet customers warmly, make eye contact, and offer help locating items;
Accurately perform cashier duties and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions;
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by store manager;
Support opening and closing store activities and provide customer support across departments including photo and beauty;
Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities arise;
Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals
