- Prioritize safety in all activities.

- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
- Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ commercial properties—training will be provided.
- Make recommendations based on inspections, addressing questions, explaining solutions, and setting expectations.
- Use company iPad for preparing sales agreements and staying organized.
- Estimated first‑year earnings: $70,000 to $120,000 USD (base salary plus uncapped commission).

Minimum Requirements:
- No experience required; sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification if applicable (company will cover cost).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
- Use a ladder within weight capacity limits.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
