Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions in accordance with site protocols, and report concerns related to restricted areas, visitor activity, and/or after-hours access;
Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site-specific expectations, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner
