Physical Security Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Project Manager with strong expertise in physical security technology, construction project management, and enterprise security systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with C-CURE, video systems, access control, and security technology project delivery.

• Manage end-to-end physical security projects including mobilization, design coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Review and intake physical security project assessments from business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare programming sheets and technical inputs for security programmers and system administrators.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and business teams.
• Track project risks, timelines, materials, installation sequencing, and vendor deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Escalate delays, risks, and major obstacles with mitigation recommendations.
• Ensure projects comply with security design standards and best practices.
• Assess designs for scalability, sustainability, network capacity, and long-term operational impact.
• Complete project closeout using commissioning documentation, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
• Maintain security technology documentation, standards, workflows, and best practices.

• 10+ years of physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management.
• C-CURE experience – Required.
• Enterprise security platforms such as C-CURE, Avigilon, and intrusion detection.
• Access control and integrated security platforms.
• Multi-site / regional security technology project experience.
• Project scheduling, reporting, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
• Physical security technology project delivery and systems integration.
• Microsoft Office and security project documentation tools.
