We are seeking a motivated and skilled Installation and Service Technician to join our team. As an Installation and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional installation and service for our products.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales and installation teams to service and install a wide range of products, including windows, doors, and cabinetry. You will be an integral part of the customer experience, ensuring that our products are installed correctly and meeting the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our company.

• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure accurate and efficient installation and service of products.
• Conduct pre-installation inspections to assess the project requirements and identify potential challenges.
• Install and service various building products, including windows, doors, and cabinetry, according to company standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation or service issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in carpentry or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in installation and service of building products, preferably windows, doors, and cabinetry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000 per year based on experience
