HVAC technician​/installer

Seashore Comfort Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation/Service Technician to join our team! We are looking for motivated, dependable professionals with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This position requires you to install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ductless mini splits, heat pump systems, rooftop units, and conventional central AC/heating systems.

• OSHA 10 Certification
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs daily
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Service and install residential and commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Perform equipment replacements, system startups, and testing
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
• Complete required job documentation accurately and on time
