Family Partner (Part-time) - Spanish Speaking
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to share your passion for helping others while working with youth. As a Family Partner, you will work alongside caregivers, providing support, modeling positive behaviors, and guiding families through multiple systems of care.
SchedulePart‑time position requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week. Expected to be in the Gloucester office once a week and available for three working days Monday‑Friday. Attendance at the mandatory staff meeting every Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and weekly supervision is required.
CompensationPay range: $19.00 to $32.50 per hour. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, and qualifications.
JRI Provides The Training So That- You will work with Clinicians, Young Adult Peer Mentors, and Therapeutic Support Specialists to support peer‑to‑peer education, coaching, role modeling, and support services.
- You will utilize your caregiving experiences to enhance the lives of youth with challenging behaviors and their families.
- You will support families navigating multiple systems of care and enable parents to learn effective advocacy skills.

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Associate degree in a human services field and at least one year of experience with the target population preferred; alternatively high school diploma or GED with two years of experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Must be a parent or legal guardian of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges.
- Experience navigating systems to secure support for a child’s needs.
- Experience with challenges in home, school, or community settings.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Background and driving record checks required.
