Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 (US Dollar) per hour

Insta Swim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients  private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients and you set the schedule. You can choose which clients to work with and you can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Insta Swim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. We serve clients in major cities across the US. We offer a fast solution for personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction for individuals of all ages and skill levels in their own pools. Our team is supported by a dedicated staff to ensure a seamless experience while you earn competitive wages.

Responsibilities include conducting private (1-1) and small group swim lessons, scheduling lessons with flexibility, traveling to and from client pool locations, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student s ability and learning style, assessing and monitoring progress, and providing a fun, safe, and educational experience for students and clients.

Quick Start

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older

CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Reliable transportation.

Swim instruction equipment if need be.

Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
