Warehouse Operative

Pay Rate: £25,980.74

Grade: P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday – 7:30am till 16:00pm and Friday 7:30am till 12:00pm

Location: Brockworth (DHL Site) and Staverton (Customer Site)

We're now looking for a FLT/MHE Operator as well as experience warehouse operative to play a key role at the Centre of our fulfilment operation.

• Operating MHE equipment as a key part of the role (FLT, Counterbalance, or Reach)
• Data entry, booking in returns using SAP
• Picking, packing, and sorting orders
• Getting hands‑on with manual tasks, including handling, loading, and unloading
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can‑do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Hold a valid FLT licence (desirable)
• Must have previous warehouse experience
• Experience using WMS systems
