You’ll lead byexample, support andmentor colleagues, andcreate a nurturing environment where childrenfeel happy, safeand inspired toreach their full potential.

• NVQ Level 3in Childcare (oranequivalent recognised qualification)

• Experience working withinan Early Yearssetting

• Strong knowledge ofchilddevelopment and theEYFS

• A passion for delivering outstandingcare and learning experiences

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
