Baby Room Lead – Gloucester
Location: Gloucester
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 days per week, with flexibility for 5 days
Contract: Permanent
Thrive Education are looking for a Baby Room Lead to join a lovely nursery setting in Gloucester on a permanent basis.
The nursery has recently been taken over by new owners and is part of a small group of settings. They are looking for someone who can come in, take the lead within their baby room and become a key part of the team as the nursery moves forward under its new ownership.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to take that next step, or an existing Room Lead looking for a new setting where they can bring their own ideas and experience.
The Role:
As Baby Room Lead, you will:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the baby room
- Create a safe, caring and nurturing environment for the babies
- Support and lead the practitioners working within the room
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
