Five Early Years Recruitment are supporting a Bristol nursery to appoint an experienced Room Leader for the 2–4s room. You will lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS.
The successful candidate will have Level 3 EYFS, strong safeguarding knowledge and a caring, team-focused approach. Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection training are desirable.
