Hotel Indigo Gloucester – Front Office Team Leader

Pay: £14.31 per hour (equivalent to £29,764.80 annually) on a full‑time contract.

Hotel Indigo Gloucester will open in 2026 and will offer guests a free‑spirited experience enriched with local culture. The hotel is located at the site of the White Priory and embraces storytelling‑by‑design.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Guest Services Managers and wider Reception team to deliver unique service to guests
  • Assist with training and development of the Front Office team
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and personal touch as part of the Kimpton family
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve hospitality goals
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Front Office Receptionist, Supervisor or Team Leader in a property of similar size and style
  • Experience using Opera preferred
  • Passion for progression within hospitality and growth within the company
  • Strong drive to produce results in a collaborative environment
  • Warm, authentic personality with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service
  • Ability to work within a team and embrace the hotel’s service ethos
