Situated in one of England's prettiest villages, The Slaughters Manor House is a beautiful 17th Century manor house with one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Cotswolds. It holds 4 AA red stars and 3 AA rosettes, offering the opportunity to work at a quality hotel in a picturesque setting.

We pay our team a service charge each month. The entire service charge goes into one pot and 100% is shared amongst the team. The service charge can be around £250 a month (≈ £3,000 a year) on top of base pay for a full‑time employee.

This role suits someone with experience in a similar hospitality role.

• Host guests from check‑in to check‑out, including booking tables, advising on local hotspots or simply chatting.
• Ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
• Support the team across departments when required.
