Reservations and Events Agent

The Role

As Reservations and Events Agent you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission by providing attentive customer-focused service, upholding brand standards, and working as part of a successful team.

We need someone who can master reservations, chase bookings, and stay informed about our food and beverage packages to achieve maximum occupancy and room rates.

You will keep the reception team updated on occupancy levels, no-shows, VIPs, and special events, and you will represent Valor Hospitality Europe Limited’s purpose, values, and behaviours to any guest or colleague.

• Deliver top quality customer service

• Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online bookings
• Convert enquiries into sales
• Process, amend, and update bookings as required
• Maximise revenue through upselling
• Operate administrative and technology systems effectively
• Be available to work when the team and customer needs you most
