Multi Trade Operative

Location: Gloucestershire

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Multi Trade Operative to begin work for a well-established company in the Cheltenham area.

About the role:

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate – £18.00–£22.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Brief

Role Description – Carrying out customer care and defect repair works across various sites throughout Gloucestershire. This role involves completing a range of maintenance and remedial works, liaising with the Customer Care team, and travelling between sites to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.

About You:

* You must be a competent Multi Trade Operative

* Previous experience carrying out customer care and defect repairs essential

* Full UK driving licence essential

* Confident completing a variety of trade tasks to a high standard

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Able to work independently and manage workloads across multiple sites

Main Duties:

* Carrying out customer care defects and remedial repairs

* Liaising with the Customer Care team regarding defect management

* Scheduling, planning and completing repair works

* Travelling to various sites across Gloucestershire

* Reporting completed works back to head office

* Collecting and delivering materials between sites when required

* Providing general assistance across multiple sites during quieter periods

* Maintaining excellent customer service and high standards of workmanship
