• The Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic, with a realistic OTE of £40,000+ through premium overtime rates, efficiency bonuses, and productivity rewards.

Working in our Gloucester workshop, you will:

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing
  , braking systems, steering, suspension, and transmission repairs.
• Use up-to-date diagnostic tools and computerized software to efficiently troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Work alongside Senior Technicians to tackle high-level fault-finding, deep engine work, and safety inspections.
• Deliver high-quality, "first-time fix" results across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.

• The Credentials: Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (
  NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent preferred).

• The Mindset: A reliable professional with a strong work ethic, your own tools, and a genuine desire to progress your skills.
• The Basics: A full UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is a great bonus!
