Senior Vehicle Technician - Gloucester

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
Hours: 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break and no weekends required.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults efficiently.
• Carry out major repairs (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems).
• Troubleshoot and solve challenging technical problems.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards.
• Support and guide junior Vehicle Technicians, providing quality assurance and technical oversight when needed.

An IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is highly advantageous, but not mandatory. Candidates should have extensive practical experience as a Vehicle Technician, excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and a good team‑player attitude. A UK driving licence with minimal points is required. A valid Class 4 and 7 MOT Testing Licence is advantageous but non‑essential.
