We are currently looking for an experienced Lime Renderer / Plasterer to work on a heritage project in the Gloucester area.
The successful candidate will have solid experience working with lime render and lime plaster, ideally on traditional, period or heritage buildings.

Duties will include

Applying lime render and lime plaster to traditional building surfaces
Preparing walls and surfaces for lime-based finishes
Carrying out repairs and restoration work to existing lime render/plaster
Working with traditional materials and techniques
Achieving high-quality, sympathetic finishes appropriate for heritage buildings
Following project specifications and maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Working safely and professionally on site

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plasterer / Renderer
Hands-on experience with lime rendering is essential
Experience working on heritage, listed or traditional buildings would be highly advantageous
Good knowledge of lime-based materials and traditional application techniques
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently

Rate: £26 per hour
