Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning PPM Engineer to join our mobile service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine servicing across a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance:
Deliver scheduled PPM schedules on split systems, multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, and close-control systems.
System Optimization:
Clean and replace filters, clear condensate lines, clean coils, and inspect electrical connections to ensure peak energy efficiency.
F-Gas Compliance:
Carry out mandatory refrigerant leak checks, track system usage, and maintain accurate statutory logs.
Fault Diagnosis:
Identify wear and tear or developing faults during routine visits, recommending remedial repairs before breakdowns occur.
Digital Reporting:
Complete clean, professional job sheets and maintenance logs via our mobile workflow app before leaving each site.
Essential Requirement
Certification:
Valid Category 1 F-Gas certificate (City & Guilds 2079 / CITB).
Experience:
Proven experience working in a mobile commercial PPM maintenance environment.
Licence:
Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
Attributes:
Strong customer-facing communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
What We Offer
Salary:
Up to £34,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).

Company van, fuel card, and specialized tools provided.
