Service and Installation Coordinator

We are recruiting for a £120 million business who design, manufacture and install bespoke hydraulic systems for a huge array of industrial applications. The business is currently looking for someone at their Gloucester site who has strong experience in producing Risk Assessments and Method statements to support the service and installation of their equipment along side other support responsibilities.

The business has grown over 10% in the past 12 months and have a strong acquisition strategy to continue their growth. The business is looking to recruit this role with immediate effect.

The Service and Installation Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Going to customer visits with the head of service to understand requirements of pending projects.
• Taking lists of hydraulic components required for works and ordering these from suppliers.
• Checking the progress on the delivery of these parts against project schedule.
• Producing Risk Assessments and Method statements required for planned works.
• Tracking the hours required to complete service and installation jobs.
• Ensuring these hours are correct in the company system for charge rates for customers.

To be successful in this Service & Installation Coordinator role you will need:

• To be able to produce Risk Assessments and Method statements for engineering, construction or equipment related works
• Strong communication skills
• To be a well organised individual who can multi task.

For this Service and Installation Coordinator you will receive:

• £35,000 – 40,000
• 25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays
