Job Overview

We are in search of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Long-Term Care Facility with 145 licensed beds. The facility prioritizes excellence in care and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they have a strong commitment to providing treatment on-site whenever feasible and decreasing unnecessary hospital admissions.

Applicants must hold a valid nursing license in the state of New York. Previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not mandatory. Ensuring the provision of high-quality care to all patients in a professional and considerate manner. NP will be responsible for conducting therapeutic procedures such as administering vaccines, performing sutures, and managing wounds and infections. Providing patients with guidance on therapeutic regimens and developmental information.

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000. RVU bonus structure. Comprehensive benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, HSA/FSA options, 4 weeks of paid time off, $1500 for continuing medical education, Malpractice insurance, and 401k retirement plan.
