The Role

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent) - ESSENTIAL
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children's learning and development
