That's why we're looking for a Vehicle Technician and a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a proper workshop that actually invests in its kit, its people, and the occasional coffee-and-cake-fueled morale boost.

If you're the sort of technician who enjoys diagnosing faults rather than being one, keep reading.

We're a busy VAG specialist with:

• 9 ramps
• A solid team of technicians
• ODIS, VAG-COM, Bosch, OAS, Snap-on and all the toys you'd expect
• Plenty of work coming through the doors
• No waiting three weeks for authorisation to buy a £20 tool

In short, you'll have the equipment you need to do the job properly.

Up to £40,000 Basic

You’ll be carrying out:

• Servicing and maintenance
• Mechanical repairs
• MOT preparation and repair work
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• General workshop duties

Up to £45,000 Basic

For those who can:

• Track down electrical gremlins before they drive everyone mad
• Diagnose faults without immediately reaching for the parts cannon
• Support and mentor other technicians
• Handle more complex diagnostic and mechanical work

You should be comfortable with:

• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Servicing and mechanical repairs
• MOT-related repairs
• Working efficiently without cutting corners
• Full UK Driving Licence

• VAG experience
• BMW experience
• MOT Tester qualification

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
• Overtime available if you want to boost your earnings
• Monday to Friday only – because weekends belong to you
• EV, Hybrid and MOT training
• Ongoing manufacturer and supplier-led training

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm (30‑minute lunch)
