Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly

Shift Availability:

• 3pm-11pm, Monday, Thursday and Friday
• 7am-3pm, Saturday and Sunday

This position includes but is not limited to the operation of a central switchboard, receptionist duties, secretarial duties and other duties as assigned.

• Maintain a pleasant disposition and work well with the public, representing Beverly Farm, its clients and staff.
• Work under stress and handle emergencies efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all switchboard duties are handled correctly, completely, and professionally.
• Take charge of telephone/communications problems, contact proper authorities when necessary.
• Enter daily employee call offs & tardies in the HR system and assist other departments when it does not interfere with the operation of the switchboard.
• Hours of duty are flexible and determined by the Human Resource Manager.

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. with six months experience in general office/clerical work.
• Some computer knowledge required, with special emphasis on Microsoft.
