Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. In a leading retail setting, this role supports customers and colleagues in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, showing compassion and resolving potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks and credit card transactions in line with company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments (including photo and beauty), ensuring departments are stocked and operational while staying current with services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth arise.
• Embrace and advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs that support customers on their health journey.

• Required Qualifications — At least 16 years of age
• Physical Requirements:
  • Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
  • Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly to move objects (including overhead lifting)
  • Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts/details
• Preferred Qualifications — Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
• Education — High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

• Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29
• Time Type: Part time
• Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour

The pay range represents base compensation for this role. The actual offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
