Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific policies, access control procedures, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and calls for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting and escalating concerns per post orders.;
Monitor and document security-related activity using incident reports, patrol logs, and/or other required documentation, and communicate key updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Assist with crowd management and traffic or pedestrian flow during campus events, shift changes, and peak arrival or departure times, as directed by site procedures.
