Job OverviewThis role supports workflow efficiency by coordinating with leadership and team members, diagnosing and repairing tools, documenting processes, providing training, monitoring team skills, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

- Communicate with leadership, production control, fellow technicians and support all personnel to sustain proper workflow to meet daily goals.
- Adjust daily work plan for expedites and priorities as dictated by leadership or customer service.
- Collect and document data of tool diagnosis, root cause of tool malfunction, repairs performed, and components consumed for repair.
- Provide hands‑on assistance in any team function when needed.
- Provide training for team members, including but not limited to job functions, safety, and quality.
- Monitor team’s skill and training needs. Report findings to management.
- In the Manager’s absence, provide backup for inquiries from customer service, salespeople and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and drawings.
- Must be able to clearly and effectively present information to other employees and customers.
- Must have the ability to train team members in a variety of tools and their repair processes.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding of detailed short internal and external correspondence.
- Must be mechanically minded and have the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must understand and be familiar with the functionality of hydraulic tools.
