• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor vital signs and respond to changes in health status
• Perform ongoing assessments and contribute to care planning with an interdisciplinary team
• Document care and outcomes accurately in the resident’s chart (EHR), ensuring regulatory compliance
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed; promote resident safety and comfort
• Adhere to infection control protocols and quality standards in daily practice

• Active RN license in the United States or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work all shifts and meet travel assignment demands
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
