Accounts Payable Associate – Golden Valley, MN
Your role will support domestic and international operations of Pentair. You will match supplier invoices with approved purchase orders, identify and resolve issues, communicate with suppliers and buyers, interact with team members, process over 100 invoices per day, and perform other assigned duties.

• Match supplier invoices with approved purchase orders (3‑way match)
• Identify problems and interface with supply chain specialists to resolve them in a timely manner
• Communicate with suppliers and buyers via telephone and written communications
• Interact with other team members
• Process 100+ invoices per day
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana preferred but not required
• Experience with Esker
• Ability to work in a team environment under deadline pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
• Good problem identification and problem solving skills
• Solid understanding of sales and use tax

8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

The hourly pay for this role is $28.65/hr there is an opportunity for a rate increase after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.
