The role involves performing accounts payable functions to support domestic and international operations in Golden Valley, MN, using SAP S/4

HANA to streamline workflows and improve invoice accuracy.

• Process and manage invoices daily in SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Match supplier invoices with approved purchase orders (3‑way match).
• Identify and resolve issues, coordinating with supply chain specialists.
• Communicate with suppliers and buyers via telephone and written correspondence.
• Maintain daily volume of 100+ invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA required.
• Experience with Esker.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Strong problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of sales and use tax.

• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Hourly pay: $28.00 – $30.00/HR, DOE. Opportunity for rate increases after proficiency and training completion. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and achievements.
