Overview

Automotive Title Clerk PT at Rudy Luther Toyota, Golden Valley, MN. The title clerk will join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience and strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. This position is part-time, 30 hours per week.

• Oversee the processing of all dealership UC state paperwork and submit on time.
• Process all registration for pre-owned and company vehicles.
• Process all UC license plate issuing and transfers.
• Maintain titles for used inventory and obtain lien releases if necessary.
• Prepare title work for sold and company vehicles and submit to DMV.
• Assist internal and external customers with title-related questions.
• Will be cross-trained on used car billing functions.

• Previous title experience
• MADA Title Certification preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
