We are seeking a Business Senior Analyst to join our team in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This role involves providing business analysis support to the Home Service Plus Equipment Sales Department, contributing to the division's success. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thought leader, building strategic alliances to promote growth and profitability.

Essential Functions

Analyze, forecast, and report on sales, channel performance, workload, capacity, and distribution to optimize operations.

Conduct business development opportunity analyses, providing recommendations based on research and financial forecasts.

Manage master price lists under sales management guidance.

Support CRM pricing/SKU coordination and department-level CRM administration.

Act as liaison for procurement, business partners, and contract management.

Provide process and system training.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in HSP Equipment Sales.

Lead or participate in special projects and process improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
Experience in developing and executing business strategies preferred.
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or skilled trades preferred.
Experience in a customer-focused industry preferred.
