Medallion Labs is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our external Customer Service team in Minnesota. The role is a contract through January 2027 with a potential extension and a pay rate of $25/hr on W2.
A hybrid schedule is available after training, with in-office weeks during Month 1 and a mix of in-office/remote thereafter. You will handle customer inquiries, generate quotes, manage samples and test requests in LIMS, and coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Lab teams
