Part-Time Guest Experience Receptionist

The most important job in our dealership starts with "Hello."

At Rudy Luther Toyota, our receptionist is much more than someone who answers phones. This person creates the first impression for every customer who visits or calls our dealership. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands that a smile, a warm greeting, and a caring attitude can make all the difference.

$18 to $20/hour

Monday – Friday 10am-4pm

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Answer a multi-line phone system with confidence and exceptional phone etiquette.
• Answer customer questions and direct calls and guests to theappropriatestaff member.
• Check in Salescustomersaccurately tocreate a smooth, seamless experience for both theguestsand staff.
• Support administrative duties whilemaintainingan organized front desk.
• Represent Rudy Luther Toyotaby treating every guest with empathy and understanding.
• Work as a team to createapositiveenvironment.

• Has exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
• Is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Has excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Can stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
• At least onepreviousrole in customer serviceis preferred but not required.
• Previousroleanswering phonesisa plus.
