RoleAs an Education Coach, you’ll be dedicated to the growth and success of early childhood teachers. You’ll drive their development and mentorship within a culture where all children and team members can thrive.
Responsibilities- Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages.
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
- Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
- Support the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum.
