Business Configuration Analyst - Annuity

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, test, and implement product rules and functions.
• Develop a deep understanding of life insurance and annuity product rules and business operations.
• Translate complex business specifications into system designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Identify and solve complex problems, ensuring solutions are sustainable and scalable.
• Provide expertise and support to stakeholders regarding system functionality.
• Regularly assess and improve processes within the system environment.
• Work in an Agile setting focused on delivering product solutions efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with teams and vendors to enhance turnaround times and efficiency.

• Solid understanding of life and annuities business lifecycle.
• Experience with business configuration in a Policy Administration System, preferably ALIP.
• Proficiency in SQL databases.
• Strong governance in version control and SDLC.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Technology, business, and project certifications.
• Experience in Agile practices and culture.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in various environments.

The pay range for this role is $23 - $53 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
