- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Proven experience in CMS platforms like AEM, Contentful, or Sitecore.
- Strong writing and editing skills focused on clarity and usability.
- Solid understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and inclusive content principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with website redesigns or large-scale content updates.
- Exposure to AI-assisted content tools or emerging SEO practices.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with DAM or PIM systems.
