• Proven experience in CMS platforms like AEM, Contentful, or Sitecore.
• Strong writing and editing skills focused on clarity and usability.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and inclusive content principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience with website redesigns or large-scale content updates.
• Exposure to AI-assisted content tools or emerging SEO practices.
• Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with DAM or PIM systems.
