OverviewAs a Facilities Cleaning Associate / Office Cleaner
, you'll play a valued role in our dedicated team of five, reporting directly to our Facilities Manager. Together, you will ensure that every corner of our corporate headquarters shines, both inside and out. Your commitment to excellence will enhance the comfort of staff and visitors alike, all while championing sustainability, promoting recycling, and utilizing eco‑friendly products.

Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain offices, lunch/break room, conference/meeting rooms, restrooms, and locker room, including surfaces, interior windows, etc.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors, including using heavy‑duty janitorial equipment for stripping and waxing.
- Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and compost.
- Organize, operate and empty dishwashers.
- Remove debris, clear snow, and power wash walkways as needed.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor gardens by weeding and watering.
- Move and arrange furniture for space relocations, company events, and other needs.
- Assist with building opening/closing procedures as needed.
- Prior experience: 2+ years of experience in a professional team environment, where you honed essential skills in time and task management, effective communication, and prioritization.
- Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. While having prior cleaning experience in a corporate setting is a bonus, what truly matters is your demonstrated passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and your eagerness to be part of a collaborative team.

- Salary: $21.00–$24.00 / hour ($43,650.00–$50,000.00 / year).
