Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process. This includes supervising the digital print, dye sublimation, screen, shipping/receiving & packing/assembly departments.
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Ensure production targets are met, improve processes & oversee all employees on your shift.
- Identify & share training opportunities for staff to build and improve skills
- Oversee schedules and assignments
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Work closely with day supervisors & other internal departments.
- Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am
- Supervisory or management experience in a production environment
- Print, packaging or related experience preferred
- Proficient in MS applications & familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Develop and grow a team across several departments
