Superior Hospice, part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, is looking for a part-time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) to provide in-home hospice care in the Twin Cities area. This is a flexible role focused on patient connection and offers the opportunity to transition to full-time. Responsibilities include managing symptoms, engaging with patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must have an active RN license in Minnesota and hospice experience is preferred.
