Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care, manage both acute and chronic conditions, and build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care teams. This position offers autonomy in clinical practice, a supportive team environment, flexible scheduling, and consistent patient panels.
