Moments Hospice is seeking an Admissions RN for a full-time, on-site role in Minnesota. The position features a company car with fuel and insurance covered, and a Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–8:00 pm schedule.
The RN will participate in admissions, evaluate patients for hospice, obtain admission agreements, and build referral relationships to support patient care. Requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, a valid driver's license and vehicle, and 1–2 years of nursing
