Superior Hospice, part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, is seeking a Weekend Hospice Visit Nurse to provide expert clinical care for weekend patients and families, delivering comfort, confidence, and continuity.
You will complete routine hospice visits in the assigned territory, assess symptoms, manage pain, provide wound care, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Active Minnesota RN license required; hospice experience preferred; mileage reimbursement offered.
