Rudy Luther Toyota is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our high-performing Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment while providing exceptional service to customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts.
As the first point of contact for many of our parts customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience while helping our team operate efficiently.
Responsibilities- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts sales and inquiries.
- Accurately identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogs.
- Support service technicians by supplying parts quickly and accurately.
- Process special orders, returns, warranties, and invoices.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising and stocking.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Work collaboratively with the Parts and Service Departments to achieve department goals.
- Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred.
- Toyota experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
