Job Description
Our office is growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fill a newly created position. Our Insurance Sales Telemarketer will be responsible for outbound dialing to find prospective customers interested in receiving insurance quotes. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

- Outbound dialing of 200-500 calls per day (depending on the number of hours worked).
- Transferring warm leads to our sales team, as available.
- When the sales team is not available, collecting basic information from the prospective customer and turning that over to the sales team.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Reliability is required.
